AMERICAN CHEF WAS FOUNDED JANUARY 1993 IN DALLAS, TEXAS.  THE PRIMARY BUSINESS MISSION OF AMERICAN CHEF IS TO PRODUCE QUALITY DELI HAM AND TURKEY PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS SLICED PACKAGED PRODUCT FOR THE RETAIL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRADE.  IN PURSUIT OF THIS GOAL AMERICAN CHEF PROCURES OUR OWN RAW MATERIAL FROM COMPANIES SUCH AS SWIFT, EXCEL, TYSON AND IOWA TURKEY, FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THESE PRODUCTS.  AMERICAN CHEF USES A MUSCLE FREEZER PROGRAM TO HEDGE AGAINST THE RISE AND FALL OF THE COMMODITIES MARKET IN ORDER TO CONTROL OUR COST AND PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS SOME STABILITY DURING MARKET VOLATILITY.

THE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES THAT AMERICAN CHEF UTILIZES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED IN THE MIDWEST AND WEST COAST.  EACH FACILITY IS U.S.D.A INSPECTED AND FULLY H.A.A.C.P. COMPLIANT AS WELL AS THIRD PARTY INSPECTED.   

AT AMERICAN CHEF OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE FINEST PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.  AMERICAN CHEF UTILIZES OUR RESOURCES TO TAILOR A PROGRAM OR SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS FOR EACH CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THAT WE SUPPLY ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER’S HAM AND TURKEY NEEDS
